Another added benefit to increasing your water intake is that you will be less dependent on sugary juices and soda for hydration.
Keep Teeth Clean Throughout the Day . If more people kept a travel-sized toothbrush, toothpaste and mouthwash with them in a bag or purse, the world would see less cavities. When you have a sugary treat and you know you won’t be able to brush for a few hours, have something handy to freshen up your teeth with and prevent decay throughout the day.
